The platform prices risks in money and lets you compare options before the tender: not “which system is more expensive” but “which one is cheaper once you count the risks it actually closes.”

Facility operations

A dozen systems from different vendors, each with its own console, its own log and its own password. The only source of truth is the contractor's reports — that is, an organisation grading its own homework.

How the audit works

The platform's first product is an independent check of what you already have installed. Independent in the literal sense: we do not sell hardware and do not take sites under maintenance, so we have no reason to “find” extra work.

1 · Data

Have a BIM model (IFC) — upload it. No documentation at all — no problem: a structured survey with photo capture, where the platform walks your engineer through a checklist, room by room.

2 · Check against the code

AI parses the composition of the systems and verifies it against a machine-readable base of regulatory requirements — from detector placement and camera coverage to power supply categories and network segmentation.

3 · Risk pricing

Every finding gets a probability and a cost of consequences. Not a dry “violation of clause such-and-such,” but “here is what this means for your site and here is what every year of postponing costs.”

4 · Report and plan

A findings map with priorities: what to fix immediately, what to fold into the next scheduled renovation, and what to consciously accept as a tolerable risk. A workable plan instead of a hundred lines of “redo everything.”

What a single finding looks like

Fact: a detector in the meeting room is mounted right next to a ventilation grille, closer than the minimum allowed distance. Code: a reference to the exact clause — open it and verify. Risk: delayed smoke detection; probability and cost of consequences priced in money. Action: relocate the detector, with an estimated effort. Every finding in the report follows this chain: fact → code → risk → price → action. That is why the report can be not just read, but held up to your contractor.

What happens to your data

Data is data, not commands

Your site's plans, models and documents never turn into instructions for the AI. Hiding a command in an uploaded file that would alter the audit result is impossible by construction — this is our baseline security principle.

People decide, not the algorithm

AI searches, cross-checks and drafts. Every significant conclusion in the report is confirmed by an expert engineer, and that confirmation is recorded. Responsibility for the verdict is not delegated to a neural network.

Critical things live on site

Once monitoring arrives: on-site equipment runs autonomously for up to 72 hours without the cloud. A dropped internet connection neither blinds your security systems nor loses events.

After the audit

The audit is step one; from there the platform grows with you. Continuous monitoring: independent metrics instead of contractor reports, equipment failure forecasts before failures happen, false-alarm statistics per device. For new buildings and renovations — generative design: device placement and specifications in minutes, not weeks. And for those planning decades ahead — post-quantum readiness: a cryptography inventory and a migration plan before it becomes a compliance order.

Pilot programme
